Returns and Refund Policy

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction!

If you don't like your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.

All unused and unworn items (except for stockings, panties, and costumes) may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days. All tags must still be attached. 

We are prevented by law from accepting returns on intimate apparel or swim that have been worn. Please be sure to wear undergarments when trying on your new pieces.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on stockings or panties that are purchased outside of a set.  And due to their seasonal nature, we don't accept returns on Halloween or Christmas-themed costumes.

To return your items, follow the instructions below under "Return Shipping."

All free promotional items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Refunds of Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  For any return, we will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping. For any exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, such as you provided an incorrect address during checkout, the same policy applies.  We will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping. 

If you received free shipping on the order (because of a promotion or being a Club Beverly member), we will deduct the standard shipping cost of $11.99 from the amount to be refunded.  This doesn't apply if you are exchanging your monthly Club Beverly gift that you receive in exchange for your club dues; we will fully cover the exchange shipping on those.

International Shipping Surcharge

An additional $10 per shipment surcharge applies for any reshipment of packages to an address outside of the United States, even if you are a Club Beverly member.


Refunds on Packages With Free Gifts

If your package included a free gift, that gift must be returned as well when requesting a refund.  If you decide to keep the gift, the retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@beverlylingerie.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation E-Mail or a handwritten note with your order number in the return package.
