Who is Beverly Lingerie?

I founded Beverly Lingerie because I believe it should be easy for women to find sexy lingerie that make you feel sassy and sexy. We hand-source all our products and spent countless hours with our design team with the goal of only featuring items that will work on a variety of body types. Our unique stretch lace and mesh materials are one of a kind.

We offer fast next-day flat-rate shipping and amazing customer service.

 

Is the packaging discreet?

We ship in pink or purple envelopes that just say "FULFILLMENT CENTER" and our address as the return address. The envelope and label has no URL, logo, or any mention at all of whats inside.

 

How fast is shipping?

We always ship by the end of the next business day and we ship via 3-day USPS First Class Mail. We email you the tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. If you order today and live in the United States, you'll get the package in 1-4 days depending where you are.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We charge $24.99 flat rate for international shipping.  We still promise to ship your order by the end of the next business day, but delivery times will vary based on the country the package is going to.

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Orders over $500 may be picked up locally in Las Vegas.  Please email us to learn more.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal, and you can pay from your bank account using PayPal. Payment is accepted only in US Dollars.

 

Do you really have every item on your site in stock?

Yes!  Unlike most other online clothing retailers, we run our own warehouse and ship everything directly from our own warehouse.  We are not a reseller!  If a certain color or size is out of stock in our warehouse, our website is updated instantly to reflect that.  You can feel confident ordering from us that we will always be able to ship your item next business day.

 

Do you provide shipping tracking numbers?

Yes!  Our system automatically emails you tracking information for your package as soon we put the label on the envelope or box.  The tracking link should show expected delivery information within 24 hours.

 

How do I change my Club Beverly preferences or change or cancel my subscription?

Just click Member Login at the very top right corner of this page or click here to go to the members area.  All of that is available from the members area online.  Alternatively, you can email us at support@beverlylingerie.com.

 

Do I have to be a Club Beverly member to buy from you?

Absolutely not!  Club Beverly is our membership club and it provides the best value we offer, but membership is not required and we never automatically enroll anyone.

 

I saw a special offer a while ago and I can't find it now.  Where is it?

We run special offers to our email list subscribers and our Social Media followers on a regular basis.  Most of these offers are only good for a few weeks, so be sure to act quickly when you see them.  Make sure to follow us on Instagram and Twitter to get the most up-to-date promotions.

 

What if I forgot my password?

My shipment was returned to Beverly Lingerie due to an incorrect address (i.e. missing apartment number or wrong zip code entered at checkout).  How do I get my order?

In order to resend the package, we would have to pay to send the package again, so we would need to charge you $11.99 for shipping.  Please contact us and let us know the Order number and the correct address.  The $11.99 charge for wrong addresses does apply to Club Beverly members too, so make sure you get your addresses correct during checkout.
